He often tries to make off meta builds with mechanics he finds interesting. If you are new those builds are probably not for you. CaptainLance is also very good at crafting his own gear and many of the items needed are not on the market or heavily overpriced. So a no go if you don't want to craft yourself.

(apparently was joking but it sounded more like a "i was just joking bro" kinda way after the fact) then edgy cat Ruetoo comes in and White knights for Lily and makes some edgy jokes about lance and then lance proceeds to make a 20 minute unhinged vid about Ruetoo being not a build creator (but apparently what lance meant was that Rue is not a build GUIDE creator). pretty lame overall but it killed a few hours. thanks for listening to my TED talk.
Lily and ruetoo are jealous because lance makes good builds. Lance is a top-tier build creator and his immortal trickster valdo farmer from 3.23 is his magnum opus. I would respect lance more if he just made that video to recap his creations, but he chose to engage with losers. imo lance is oftentimes a cringe boomer, but he makes good builds.

Then ruetoo joined in and threw shit at lance saying he always does the same builds and that lance doesn't know shit about the game, which Lance then reacted to. Lance didn't come after ruetoo unprovoked. Ruetoo just loves drama and basically inserted himself into it. Other streamers joining in and shitting on Lance is unjustified. No idea why the drama is still being propagated since Lance quickly apologized to Lily and Lily didn't even take it personal to begin with and meme'd about it straight from the beginning.

@@Somerled_Pox They are either memeing or more likely they are referring to "good" ruthless build being expected to clear yellow maps after farming for 30 hours while "good' non-ruthless builds are expected to clear ubers after farming for 30 hours. I suppose getting any poe-racing placements is also much easier on ruthless because less people are playing it. But I doubt a lot of people care about that stuff.
