He tried to get "socketed gems deal more attack damage" and "added fire per strength" on one sword, but he forgot to get the socketed gems deal more attack damage mod on shaper base and end up combining the same added fire per strength mod from different influence.

It's also bait because you the exploit wasn't done on atoll, but on a T1 map, atoll's where you ran the scarab to drop bereks, which is a mundane use of the scarab - farming natural div cards on the map. The man still lied, but (probably) didn't do the exploit.
