Yeah he HAD TO HAVE spent 100’s of hours on this. I’d say there’s no way he didn’t at least spend 40 hours on the sketch, but I’m not sure, some artists are really talented with time and detail

Really captures the true Titan aspect of Galactus.
Edit: Forgot to add that the music choice was absolutely spot on for him. Makes it feel epic and enormous.
There's only 1 Titan in the Universe & his purple is natural.

@@RtistiqSkubie Thanos is actually more of a mutant using sci-fi space tech to greatly exaggerate and enhance his natural powers, which are great in human terms. Although yes, the planet he came from was called Titan.
Galactus, on the other hand, is a cosmic entity who literally consumed planets to sustain himself. He is essentially a god.
I'm surprised that pen/pencil didn't start blazing with fire , damn nice job though. That's the most detailed drawing I've ever seen.

It's actually easier than you might think. Mostly because nowadays 2D animations actually come from 3D models. If an entire character model was textured and stylized in the same way as this drawing, you'd get some sweet animation sequences.

well just a matter of maths if you insist. 10hours for one frame. If a constant moving animation is 24fps, it would be 12drawings per second on 2's for a total of 120 hours only for the drawing part.

@@epicsnaps5552 Hey, 24 frames per second isn't the end-all be-all. They shot Gemini Man at 120fps. Most films are shot at higher rates but are projected, in cinema, at the lower frame rates. Imazx shot at 60fps but are projected at 24fps.

Probably the concept artists won’t draw this even though it will only be a 3D model because they won’t want to use a lot of time to then in one moment have to change it (like the Iron Spider design for Endgame) and they would have to waste a lot of money to make this Galactis

I love these artists. I can't draw a stick figure, and these guys are like, "Well, I did this hyper-detailed perfectly lifelike and proportioned work of art in my spare time, in the dark, blindfolded, while babysitting the kids...no big deal...you think it's any good?"
