The park trails offer a nice loop, which can be a great option. We often find ourselves using falls park as a place to walk through when headed to another destination downtown. In that case we just take the one that head the right direction!

Other question... how is safety if you walk the trail alone?
The trails and downtown over all are a safe place to walk. I believe the park is closed to the public after 10:00pm though.
