Completely agree about growth of Greenville Spartanburg area. Moved back to Colorado in 2005 after leaving South Carolina in 2003. Everytime I come back to visit there's something new to see, or bike path to ride or area to explore.

I moved from South Carolina 23 years ago and after all this time I want to move back to my home state. I'm from a REALLY small town (Johnsonville) but I'm not interested in going all the way back there. My friend in Columbia said Greenville would be a good fit and after watching your video, she may be correct. I feel excited about the prospect of being home again😊❤

My plan was to retire there, but after some consideration ( looking for less taxes and hurricanes storms) me and my husband decided to think about seeing Greenville this summer as a possible retirement place vs. charlestion. Your channel was recommended to me to watch the Naples video because I’ve been watching videos about Italy (we are going in a couple months) but I ended up watching the Greenville video instead and we went last weekend. It was really great. I’ve driven past GVL dozens of times on my way to Atlanta but never visited. Really nice town! :)

True, but it’s so worth it! Right? So happy you like it too John! You can go for under $50 per person if you wanted to budget it. But we usually go for a special occasion & go around $70 a person. But I don’t mind paying that when I know the outcome will be good! 👌🏻

Such a good, well done video. I lived in Greenville for 3 years in early ‘90’s and loved it. How fun it was to watch this. I subscribed. Just can’t take the killing of animals to eat at the wild game restaurant. Everything else was inviting and entertaining. It’s the perfect city, in my opinion.

You should try Pasta Addict's new sit down restaurant in Simpsonville, A Slice of Brooklyn Pizza/Pasta Addict on Main Street Simpsonville next to the Ice Cream station. Their Stromboli is amazing and you get more for the price. Seriously, there are no words when eating at A Slice of Brooklyn. 💟
I have been through Greenville many times but never really spent too much time. However, after seeing your video I would love to take my wife to Greenville for a date night or maybe even an anniversary weekend, etc. The wild game restaurant looked amazing. Your channel was recommended to me to watch the Naples video because I’ve been watching videos about Italy (we are going in a couple months) but I ended up watching the Greenville video instead and we went last weekend. It was really great. I’ve driven past GVL dozens of times on my way to Atlanta but never visited. Really nice town! :)
Very nice video. I want some of the entire chocolate drizzled popcorn. The park looked so beautiful ❤️. Loved the food hall with all that fun outdoor seating.

True, but it’s so worth it! Right? So happy you like it too John! You can go for under $50 per person if you wanted to budget it. But we usually go for a special occasion & go around $70 a person. But I don’t mind paying that when I know the outcome will be good! 👌🏻

The Wood That is Green has grown quite a bit over the last two decades. However, this former city-slicker needed to get out. Greenville did not disappoint!

It’s really a great city to check out! We recommend staying in the Embassy Suites (rooftop bar), Hampton Inn (near Lazy Goat), AC Hotel is on Main Street and all by falls park!

You should try Pasta Addict's new sit down restaurant in Simpsonville, A Slice of Brooklyn Pizza/Pasta Addict on Main Street Simpsonville next to the Ice Cream station. Their Stromboli is amazing and you get more for the price. Seriously, there are no words when eating at A Slice of Brooklyn. 💟
