I go to the Chiropractor regularly now, so my back doesn't make noises like 4:13 anymore. But man I can never forget how that sounded the first time it happened. If it weren't for the immensive relief I felt after hearing what sounded like a whole tube of bubble warp being popped, it likely would have scared the crap out of me 'cause it sounded like she crushed my spine.

I saw around 12:20 how relaxed she was when the Dr. was rubbing her neck. She was very comfortable like the cracks were all worth it. If Dr. Joseph would have let her take a nap there, she would have. It was very nice to see how good all of that did for her.

Teen has different meanings everywhere, In some countries, you are still a teen if you are 18-19 even tho you are an adult, in some countries you are only adult if you reached 21. I cried a little watching this because I have severe back and neck pains but there aren’t many affordable chiropractors in my area. I mentally felt all those cracks and I can only dream about how it feels.

man i'm glad i get adjusted just about every week. first time i ever got scans my spine was the worst out of my whole family. we had those graphs with the colored bars on each side, and all of them were red and they weren't symmetrical. i've been going to the chiropractor for over a year now and i feel a lot better. it doesn't just take one adjustment, you have to do it for a couple of months to actually make progress.
You have to exercise some flexibility as well...Dont believe chiros are going to fix it all for you...
You need to develop flexibility and strength in muscles and ligaments in order to prevent posture problems that in the very end induce the need to crack yourself all the time...
Adjustments are good, but as a followup for flexibility and strengthening.
@@stfustfu7765 yeah, I always have good posture and have stretched those muscles, so yeah. But the chiropractic really helps because I do things that are hard on my back.
I've heard countless disco tracks over the years, and this by far is my favorite, as far as composition (bass, violins, horn section, etc)

I’m considering traveling half way across the country to see this guy. Is this a normal session with one of your patients? Or is it an extended session for the camera? My Chiro is done in about 5 minutes and doesn’t nearly go over so many adjustments. This might be worth a vacation to Florida.
Every visit is anywhere between 20-30 minutes!
