And if you know, Valeria is one of the battle pass characters and a boss in reckless railways,So if we talk to Hope with the Veageance Jonesey skin, she say "I get it. It's personal for you. It is for me too." So I spectulate that Valeria did something to Hope that made Hope be against Valeria, so I decided to put on the Valeria skin and talk to Hope, and Hope says "When will you get it? I'm not your little sister anymore!", so I made a theory. Valeria is always in the top, getting the spotlight, thinking she is better than her little sister with her Private Jewerly collection and great knowledge (that had been shown on her cosmetics) while Hope is envied by her older sister, always being overshadowed, might say in the underground, so maybe Hope is finally standing up to Valeria, by getting revenge. Edit: through dialogue, I found out, that Hope actually wants her sister back, but also wants her to admit she's right by saying "I hope Valeria will forgive me... and maybe even see that I'm right"
