Great video. I appreciate Jonah's honesty on the experience he went through during his transition mode A lot of people I've spoken with make it sound easy but I know there's a few hurdles one will go through. However, I guess once you're settled and the smoke clears, one will be on easy street enjoying living down ther or retirement.
I loved your video so much that I subscribed immediately, the dude you interviewed is very knowledgeable, will definitely be checking his stuff as well.
New subscriber! Thank you this nice and informative interview. There’s is a lot more to life than the hustle and bustle. I’m a Dominican from NY, now living in Europe but I’m contemplating buying a place in DR to live part of the year there. Blessings to you and may your channel grow to millions subs., we need more quality channels coming out of DR. 🙏🏼🍀💕🇩🇴
Very cool, I’ve been chilling in Brasil with my girlfriend with the same mindset. We are coming to Las Terrenas in February to check it out. I’d like to see more day to day stuff of what’s going on there from ya!
@ very cool, I’ll look out for them. And ya if you ever have any questions I’d be glad to help, I’ve been to almost every major city now and some other more specific tourist spots. I see a lot of parallels with DR and BR, beautiful places, people and food.
Thanks! You should check out my first video. I interviewed my uncle about what his life is like in the country side and I’ll be making more videos like that 🙌
Hola me gusto mucho tu vídeo mucha información que estaba. Buscando muchas gracias como se llama ese condominio donde hiciste la entrevista ? ❤thanks from Canada 🇨🇦
I would love to see you interview a few Dominican-American women that have moved back. I appreciate this perspective but gender differences and expectations are huge in DR (everywhere maybe, but in different ways) and I'm curious if a Dominican woman raised in the US would find the adjustment harder (as that would be my situation). Thanks

It’s not an easy move depending on your specific situation and yes once settled in, you can begin enjoying it all!
Love the rain in the background 🌧️❤❤

Thanks! Yes I agree. Do you come visit often?
@ Not as often as I would like, usually I went once a year but since my mother’s passing I don’t go as often.

About 3 months ago, I bought my home up north and I'm in the process of unpacking my belongings. I can't wait to immerse myself.
