I AM so blessed and thankful that Paramahansa is my beloved Guruji in this lifetime, and also that I've found and taken his SRF/YSS spiritual path. This is an excellent and enlightening video presentation of one my Guru's many phenomenal Teachings....and I KNOW it will "speak to" the minds, hearts and souls of millions of God's expressions currently existing on the physical plane. Chapter 43 of "Autobiography of a Yogi" covers the astral realm so beautifully. Reading that chapter, you no longer fear death b/c you realize what truly awaits each of us. That chapter also gives a lot of insight/knowledge about the causal realm, as well as the physical realm. You will experience so much-needed awareness by reading that chapter. That's part of the body too.. pushing it away will not make it go away. In meditation, we allow everything to just be, like clouds moving passively on the sky. We don't react impulsively to our perceptions of violence or sex. Doing so keeps us bound to these things in a constant vicious cycle. Relax and release, and you can break the cycle and be free of it. Keep reacting to it, and you will become (or remain) its slave.
This idea / opinion / wish of the images to not be sexualized is also the attachment to the self. To the self's thought process, which has been cultivated by societal conditioning.
We are here to observe. When we are born there is life already happening around us. the astral plane is not more real but it is more free. once you go there more & more you wonder ‘am i here?’ ‘am i in the astral plane?’ it’s a little confusing at first but you get used to it & the confusion goes away.

We would need a body to have experiences as human beings as in learning kindness, empathy, love, embracing sadness, be more strong spiritually. Though souls can learn without bodies but not as strongly as compared to being in a human body. Human body has sensations, emotions which souls want to experience& learn and all that is not possible without a body. Souls carefully choose their bodies with brains where they can best learn the lessons they want to, in a particular lifetime.

If love, happiness, marriage, and death all exist in the astral world, then what is the purpose of comming to this world, for the same experiences?? I'm very sure that the other realms, call it astral if you want, are very different to this earthly experience. I wonder, if the five human senses even "work" in the other realms or whether each of these senses can also do what all of the other senses do. Eg., hearing, tasting, smelling and feeling with the eyes as well as seeing with them????
I think of it as an adventure. If you are close to perfect in the astral realm, why not have a dream that you're flawed insecure person in the material realm?
