when installed "CAPS LOCK" to get up menu and turn on/off widgets

Shouldn't be too hard, if you turn on individual brakes you can hold the front brake, lean forward and pop the clutch.

Try to use a controller (ps4/ps5/Xbox) , that is a game changer in my opinion!

how did you get that camera position ?

depends what you mean, i adjusted the angle but you can also turn off "lock to bike" so that the camera always stays horizontal :)
