I'm not even exaggerating when I say this: your Majora's Mask remixes are the most faithful reinterpretations of their original counterparts that I have ever heard. The updated instrumentation creates a richer, more organic sound, yet you always manage to maintain the same atmosphere and tone as the N64 iterations of these tracks. The only exception to this might be your remix of Woodfall Temple, in which the increased amplitude of the percussive instruments creates a more energetic tempo than its source material. But trust me when I say, _that is not a bad thing._ What your version relinquishes in ambience, it more than makes up for in just how evocative it is. Listening to it really does make me feel like I'm attending a tribal ceremony deep within the Congolese jungles of Africa.

Been getting the feels for some zelda lore and music. Hyping for botw 2 again. But Majora's mask will always have a special place in my heart. Nicely done
I like this temple it just has this feeling to it that you don't get anywhere else. It might be because its more metal, Steam and pipes then any other dungeons. The song just adds to that theme too
We need Ocarina and Majora remakes for Switch if I'm being honest. The 3DS just didn't feel like the right console for a remake. Plus, they didn't even change the music in those versions! Come on Grezzo, you couldn't have done any better? Oh, and I'm not saying the 3DS remakes were BAD per se. They just felt a bit lacking.
The 3DS remake did make the water temple ever so slightly easier... But yeah, the difficulty is overhyped by people who don't understand how to use the map.
The reason the water temple was so hard in the n64 version was because if you didn't move a block in the main pillar room you have to backtrack like crazy. It wasn't an obvious thing to do.
My guess is that the N64 version didn’t have as many guides as to what you were supposed to do, leaving people stumped. Also with the N64 every time you wanted to equip the iron boots you had to pause the menu and equip them rather than it just being a button press like in the 3D version. Just minor things like that really make a difference.
@@caratessichareel7972 is pretty simple map, the temple literally tells you want to do, yellow the main pipe, follow the red, then you follow the green, turn off the yellow. There’s also arrows that show you where to go.
