It’s soft and stable it tells you in first couple of seconds at the start of the video. It’s used in bag making ❤

The back of the pouch is the clear plastic.
I think it's a very thin foam.
I think she use soft and stable between the pieced front and the green fabric back. The would give it some shape.

there's one thing I don't get, since I watch a lot of sewing tutorials where you mostly see people's hands ... when you have these artifical nails, why don't you get a refill on a more regular basis, because this simply looks terrible 🙈 I've had acrylic nails for more than 30 years and they never ever looked like that 0:29
Lol. I noticed as well. But I don't think it's an issue. I know the Arkansas gal she's really good at keeping up her nails and matching it up with her boxes as well as her attire. She is so fun to watch....

Maybe because she’s focused on her video content, which is the purpose of said video. But, there’s always someone who has to nit pick at the things that don’t matter. So, there’s that. I love the straightforward way of teaching.
Loved it except for the ridiculously oversized handmade patch. Why not put it on the backside so to not obscure the beauty log cabin design?
Woven label is optional. You can skip that.
