- GM New Look Bus Fishbowl Bus 7901 of the STO | Société de transport de l'Outaouais. On May 4, 2014 this bus was taken out by bus enthusiasts for a special tour of the Gatineau/Hull area. Due to rain, I didn't get as much video as I had hoped, but please enjoy anyway.

I remember these beautiful buses 🚌 and the beautiful sound of their 2-stroke Detroit Diesel 6V71 engines!
They are gorgeous buses!
This bus is now 41 years old and I hope you rolle it again in service from rush hour in morning and after newne.
Two-stroke Diesel-powered transit buses are a thing of the past...four-stroke Diesel-powered transit buses are much more common nowadays!

i still see a few of them
7901 is semi-active. Only runs in the summer on "small routes". This is to prevent rusting and corrosion from salt on the roads during the winter.

Too bad these buses will never see routine service on the streets for passengers again. That's because laws now require all buses to be handicap accessible and these buses certainly can't accept wheelchairs and those with disabilities. But memories are still good.
Yes it’s nice some have been preserved for everyone to enjoy 😉
Even tough STO is all low-floor buses only the latter 09s and up have wheelchair ramps.
