My beautiful 21-year-old grandson died from a rare sarcoma just over 6 years ago.. you never forget or get over it. He never got to ring the bell... Blessings to you, your family, and your loved ones.
You're right but totally not realistic, cancer really sucks but crying about its unfairness is unrealistic and naive, we need to fight it hard, crying about how horrible it is helps absolutely no one, fight, fight, fight that's what we have to do, indeed it's all we can do at this point.
To Nates family I am so sorry your son had to suffer and lost his life. Only love carries you through such tragic circumstances like this. Your dedication to raising funds and carrying on the fight against this invasive disease speaks to your strength and character.❤️
so sad your son had such a fight at a young age , yourself and his brother a inspiration doing so much for someone else in mist of your own loss you all awesome
Thank you for sharing the story of your son, and for all the fundraising efforts you’re continuing in his honor. My precious niece Rachel died at the age of 6 from a DIPG, and like you said, watching this tumor steal bit after bit of her life away was agonizing and heartbreaking. Her legs were the first to be affected, and she needed a wheelchair quite quickly after her diagnosis, and then her speech went. She kept up her sweet and positive spirit despite what was happening to her, but tragically she passed exactly 8 weeks later. My brother and his wife made the decision to donate her brain/tumor to science so it could be studied, in the hopes of finding a cure. Again, thank you for all the good you’re doing to help raise money for research, and I’m sending you prayers of comfort in the loss of your precious son 🙏🏻
My heart goes out to you!You are an amazing mother and your son was a very handsome young man and i could sure tell he was a wonderful son and i love how your other son is right along with you in your goal to find a cure for this deadly cancer.Enjoy your new grandbaby boy he is so adorable!🙏❤😥
@@saffa2326 you're an idiot. Such a pathetic remark to make. This person was simply making a remark about the fact that he was handsome. She didn't say it mattered if he was nice looking or not! Are you jealous? Grow up!
I was born in Nebraska & all my grandparents & great-grandparents we're in Oshkosh. I had a Brain Cancer too so I know how Radiation is different than anywhere else on the body. I didn't play football, but I road horses & all the stuff you do at a ranch... that's all over. You were sooo supportive of your son, AMEN FOR THAT! 🤙💖
the strength and resilience of this mother and her other son is amazing, there is nothing i possess or am capable of that even comes close to the strength of their hearts and their need to make change in the memory of their son\brother. God bless you both and i hope you continue to bring attention and change in memory of Nate.
I hate the word cancer, that awful word took my beautiful sister in law and mother in law within a year apart. May God heal each and everyone fighting this disease. Be strong and NEVER give up fighting 👊. Love and blessings to each of you 🙏❤
I'm so happy that the work you have done has made things progress!!!! I'm also so very sad and sorry that you lost your talented and beautiful son....my heart goes out to you. I have 2 sons that I can not imagine my life without. They are my everything, and I am grateful for every day that they are in my life!!
My heart breaks for every child that is lost because of an incurable illness. I know that every parent is happy and thanks god for the time they got to have with their child., but it doesn’t stop you from asking why. Happy that these parents continue to support the foundations that are trying to find a cure from these diseases and hope soon they find a cure.
Take this as you will. Look for nathan.s traits in his nephew. If you no what i mean. We lose hour bodies. But hour soles lives forever. Much love, to the hole family. God bless. 💕💕💕💞💞💞🙏🙏🙏🙏
I can still remember the doctor coming into the room and the doctor telling me I’m sorry it’s bad you have cancer I was 63 at the time and that was 17 months ago but this is sad compared to me because he hasn’t even started his life yet My heart ❤️ goes out to the family
It's got me too. My teenage son played football. The boys were like family to him. We lost him shortly before he graduated high school (he'd been scouted for college too... I was so proud). A few days later his team held a fun game in his memory. I have a dauguter too, and the boys let her play and win. I have this one photo of my 7 year-old little girl running with this mob of boys behind her and next to her...... There are still beautiful moments out there. And some damn good people, too. Much love to all, especially Nathan's family. 💙
So sad some ppl are born with these tumors that become apart of the body organ engulfing n intertwining in the blood vessels sucking life away..symptoms sometimes shows up early for some... RIP

We need to raise funds while American government is waging war after war , on culture after culture with Bigilions of $ but let massage ourselves with donations... You need to wake up
This many years later we still honor Nate by watching.

No child or anyone else should ever have to suffer and pass from cancer.

What do his looks matter? If he was plain or ugly he wouldn't have mattered? Look at yourself, so shallow and mean.

How did he die? I was to nervous to watch the video.
Glioma is glue is sugar.. are they going to start treating this with Metformin?
Only 4% of cancer research money goes to pediatric cancer . That has to change.
there is no cure, we are forced and suckered into chemo
Please no music in the background! I can’t watch it
So sad. Google DIPD, only one result.
You mean DIPG? That’s what Nathan had!
