These look really good Just one question we have to secure the tops of our basic bars to stop them pulling especially when the line is higher Do your new profiles need this??
@user-uy6qz6td8m Hi, you don't have to clamp the profile at the top. I have designed the system to be solid on 1.5 - 2 courses. There are 2 stainless steel stabilisers in a kit. When you are 6-7 courses, high put one on this takes less than 10 seconds. When you reach 14 courses, put the other stabiliser on. This stops the force of the line, pulling the profile in very slightly. Perfectly plum corners every time without the need for any top clamps at the top. I have designed my system to make it very easy to carry. A complete kit weighs less than a bag of sugar, and each complete kit comes in a plastic box.
May I ask why do you need stabilisers ?if the profile will not move ? What if you are using concrete bricks the stabiliser will just move the concrete brick
They are super cool
Genius ❤
What happens if the top course comes loose? Can u only go on top course? Also does it fit inbetween the scaffolding?
I've designed the system to attach between one & a half and two courses. Absolutely solid. This will bring you above the scaffolding.
