I lived here for 3 1/2 years. I loved and miss the tiella, the fresh seafood, and more importantly the people. Such a wonderful culture.

I love you and your sister's energy. I discovered you on TikTok and researching another stop to stay while we are in Italy next late spring. This town of Gaeta looks so wonderful. I love the chaos of the locals in the restaurant. I have never tried Tiella and will be trying this place for sure. I am so glad I found you both on RUclips Grazie.

Thank you. I'm going to be in Gaeta for 7 hours, in September. So glad I saw this video. You gave me ideas on how to spend my day. Definitely going to stop for tiella at Antico Forno Giordano, and then hike down to the Cave of the Turk. I wasn't psyched about Gaeta, but now I am. Thank you, again.

@@LocalAromas I watched your other videos. I'm wondering if you know of any restaurants in Taormina that serve Cous Cous, and Farinata? Thanks you, again.

@@debwilliams2990 Farinata is from northern Italy so no restaurant in Sicily serves it. In Sicily they make a delicious chickpea dish called Panelle. Cous cous is made in the Trapani area only.
