I saw the same interview, I used to like when food reviewers would give a bad review it would make them seem more authentic to me. I also hated on devourpower sometimes because they would only post good reviews. But after I saw that interview it made me realize if it’s a bad review just don’t post it, just send traffic to the good restaurants.

I like this kinda pizza, they do it the best they can and try to make everything the right amount and spread apart perfect, that’s what pizza should be, like you can’t even really say that any pizza place has the best pizza because if every place did it the right way then it would all just taste the same but also it would all taste amazing. But I will say I guess the sauce is probably like the one thing you can change and make better, but like how tf do you make the dough and the cheese better, the answer is you can’t
This is the real pizza that fills your mouth with soft, delicious dough. It is not like the air bubble pizza that has become a trend. You don't even feel like you are eating.

i used to hand make pizza 2yrs ago part time at a place where other ppl would make the dough and some times it's just not easy to work with.. that dough in this video looked S tier . look how easy he made that thing. nom nom nom. gimme dat pizza now
