I have seen few video about hardcore death and I can see the biggest and i mean BIGGEST reason why they dies is They try to fight with the monster got so much power over them.
My best advice to them to survive hardcore is " Know your power "
Not gonna lie going afk outside of a dungeon is one of the dumbest things I’ve seen like why? Just teleport to town and come back through portal once your done doing irl stuff don’t risk it.

Hardcore isn't a place for stoners and slow pokes. Dying more than once on softcore also makes you look bad in a way.
