1. Why is Finnair special? Why should I chose you when I fly and what will I experience?
2. What has Finnair done on social media to distinguish themselves
3. How do these portray that way that you want Finnair to distinguish themselves - how do you want people to look at your airline?
4. What do you want to see in the future from your airline online?
In response, he spoke about Finnair's target audience, the feel and brand they want to portray, their service concept and their brand new Airbus A350 aircraft.
