  • Over the past month, the Vanguard Russell 2000 ETF (NASDAQ: VTWO) has outperformed the Vanguard S&P 500 ETF (NYSEMKT: VOO) by nearly 10 percentage points. In this video, Fool.com contributor Lou Whiteman and I discuss why small caps have done well lately, and why we think this could be the very early stages of a long-term trend.

Any thoughts on how lower interest rate gonna impact opendoor?
One of the most rate sensitive stock i guess

Probably similar to how I think they'll impact my favorite real estate tech stock (Redfin). Generally positive for the housing market, and Opendoor has the added benefit that falling rates will lower financing costs. But if rates rall sharply, it's possible we could see a big move.
