Yes they are. Jackie seems to bring out the maternal instinct in the older more established female singers. And obviously she's a very good singer in her own right. Comparisons are unnecessary and irrelevant. Each one is outstandiing and together they make for compuslive viewing. If Oliver Twist were here he would say "Please ladies, can I have some more?"
Sorry, I do not get it. I thought Katherine Jenkins was a distraction and did not add to increase the quality . Her vibrato was too shaky and warmth not apparent. I normally get goose bumps with Jackie but did not in this duet.

In that interview, she described a situation back stage at one of her concerts in which a "man dressed as a priest wanted me to sit in his lap" She said "I'm so glad I was smart enough to say I'm not comfortable with that". To say she "survived an attempted sexual assault", is misleading. There's no reason to assume she has ever been molested.

Jackie was amazing! Katherine just couldn't sing it straight and had wail her part out was a little overwhelming as the harmony which is suppose to blend with the melody not the main part.

Ouch - out of tune there at end. Great singers, but such high pitch delicate harmonies sure amplify the tiniest key deviations.
