i recommend the podcast ‘Pennies to Pounds’ she talks all about finances including saving to buy a house, investing in the stock market. She also answers people’s money dilemmas🤗
Just a tip for flat applications. 🌻 I always write a cover letter and send it to the agency and get them to pass it on to the landlord. Just allowing the landlord to get to know you and your flatmates better, just saying that you’re responsible and will look after the flat etc. This has made a massive difference and has worked for every flat i have got in edinburgh! Good luck ✨

Birds Eye View is a podcast about a prison in the Northern Territory in Australia focusing on a female sector, which is predominately filled with indigenous people and they talk about racism, drug and alcohol abuse, the prison system, what they do inside, their family life etc it's really informative and interesting and emotional, I think you would really enjoy the stories and the message behind it
