Great finds! And in someones garbage! Just shows how much stuff is just thrown away! Great job on saving this stuff from the landfill.
Absolutely! That’s the way I see it when I pick things up. It either gets used after it’s sold, used by my family, or donated for someone else to use. 🤷🏻♀️
Great finds, would love to have you open curb bags so we can watch. Actually Would love to see you right around and pick up stuff off the curb. Just a thought.
Thank you for the suggestions! 🙂 I’ll have to try both!
Yes, those would be great videos 😊
@@sayit-sayit I posted a video today that includes riding along and seeing me pick things up and going through it when I get back 😊 definitely go check it out!
I love finding stuff for free to flip online or locally. I am never surprised what people toss in the trash or but by the road for free. Good for you for sourcing like this, not everyone does this. I have done this for most of my life picking stuff up along the street or road.
It’s absolutely insane honestly. We’ve furnished at least half our home for free 😂 I’m so glad I added this to my reselling strategy!
@@wearethewilsonscloset always found stuff for free and flipped it or used it.
Yes i love free items from the curbs
Me too! 😍
I think it is great that you recycle items found on the curbside purposefully placed there by the previous owners with a mutual understanding that one person’s trash is another one’s treasure! It is sad that, I believe this system is not recognized/legal in my area, on the Eastside near Seattle, WA. ilIn my own condo complex we cannot even leave any item outside the shared dumpster (It is considered “dumping” and there is a sign that says you will be FINED. I have often wanted to leave an item or near my front florid with a “FREE” sign, but I know I would get in “trouble” by the HOA. I feel like it is suppressing my freedom especially since I OWN my condo.
Keep doing what you’re doing! Your actions keep our landfills from overflowing!

Yes many condo associations don't allow "dumping" even if many do anyway, They do tell them to have "junk" haulers take it from them.
Thank you! I’m sorry you have to deal with that. The apartment we used to live in also had signs up for “digging” and for unauthorized dumping etc. we did still find a few things 🤷🏻♀️ Our new neighborhood also has an HOA, we are only allowed two yard sales a year as a community. So I think that causes a lot of people near me to just set things out on the curb.
@@wearethewilsonscloset Oh no. Seems as if it is everywhere, then. The nicest way I can say it is that: it is very SILLY that we are made to PAY monthly to have more and more of our small freedoms taken from us! Not to sound paranoid but, what will they stop at? And it is difficult to even find a residence that does NOT employ an HOA these days. SMH *Sigh!
Take Care and Good Luck treasure hunting!
@@owlopal3378 Thank you! 💕
@@francesvandeburgt4173 I can understand why they do it. It is because the associations see it as their duty to keep the property looking nice and to provide safety to the residence. Some people really appreciate that and gladly pay for it. I, personally would rather not pay hundreds of dollars per month for these rules to be enforced, and if I could find a neighborhood that is HOA-free, I’d gladly take my chances there with less rules and more freedom to do what I please, within the law, (on my OWN porch, for example!)
High end shipping bags and boxes sell very well, people who would never shop at those stores purchases these. That is an awesome all profit score.
Yes absolutely! 🙌 some other resellers may want the box to go with a pair of shoes to sell or a person who had a second hand pair may want a box to display with them. 🤷🏻♀️
How do you go about seeing what is in the black trash bags out by someone’s house? I never know about untying or poking a hole. Nervous about getting yelled at 😂
Search at your own risk! 😂 I untied the bags enough to see it wasn’t trash and grabbed them. I usually sort at home so I’m In front of someone’s home as little time as possible. Worst case scenario I tell people I’m looking for packing and shipping material. Which I am 😂
Interested to see what large items you pick up! You found some great stuff!
Thank you! I’ll have to do another video this week about some of the larger items! 🙂
People throw away the nicest things.
It’s absolutely insane!
Great video ❤
Thank you! 💕
