- David, Brendon and Ryan finally caught up with the youngest cheetah cubs this morning. Despite strong winds making it difficult to film, their perseverance paid off as they witnessed the mother cheetah hunt and catch an impala to feed her cubs!
Oh You Beautiful Creatures 🥰. My Most favorite animal of them all, The Gorgeous Cheetah's. They need protecting, they are so precious. ❤
This mom has four cubs, how amazing is that! I hope all of them survive!

That's because chetaah mums can birth from 3-5 cubs or even 6 in rare cases especially in captivity
Some cheetahs can have 8 cubs!

Amazing speed like the lightning
Cheetahs have eat their kill quickly, since the scent of the kill, soon attracts the attention of hyenas. The problem for the cheetah is that by the time they catch and kill their prey, they’re exhausted, thus they can’t feed off the kill immediately! This in itself allows the hyenas to move in and snatch the kill away from the cheetah.
Need to take em on trees like leopard

@@okparadaniel3255 Agreed. When lions are nearby they will of course attempt to steal the kill away from the cheetah. Cheetahs are blessed with speed, but aren’t blessed with weight or strength, hence they have to devour their kill extremely quickly as the scent of the kill will arouse the interest of bigger, stronger cats.

Good to see the kill hidden in scrub and shade and good size kill will keep them going for while 😊 I know cheetah cubs have a high morality rate bt I wish this cheetah and all her cubs ALL THE BEST 😇

Hide the kill under a bushy tree or shrub. I don't know y other cheetahs don't do that.
