Guys what as week its been for Slowthai! After seeing early success with Mura Masa & their brand new track 'Deal Wiv It' it all came to a halt at the NME Awards 2020.
After an exchange with Canadian Comedian 'Katherine Ryan' clips on Wednesday night were surfacing on social media making Slowthai look like he was persistently harassing her on stage. Plus additional footage came out of him almost getting into a fight after he won the 'Hero Of The Year' Award.
On Thursday new footage emerged of Slowthai's exchange with Katherine Ryan which changed my perspective slightly...
Has it all been finished or will Slowthai's career over as he's just burst into the mainstream?

In fairness. The first video was before Katherine had said anything when he'd gone up to get an award he was like pulling her close and harassing her completely unsolicited . Then he left the stage and started heckling her which is where the last clip started and she started joking with him and that led to the second clip and she just dealt with him like the drunk young man he was. I think you messed up the order a bit.

Nah there just no time for this. He makes good music but that’s not an excuse for misogyny. If he learns and grows some people will accept, but if he stands firm by his actions a large proportion of fans (women) won’t go back to his music. Plenty of people can do what he does, to not be respectful when he gets recognition is a slap in the face to his female fans.
