This is what I love about Chris’ script. I went to UCLA for screenwriting and they’re constantly saying you’re not allowed to experiment like this, but most of us are screaming “there has to be a better way!” Chris has found a way to utilize first-person stage directions to not only let the audience know the directions but to add character psychology to it; which makes Oppenheimer so much more rich than if he hadn’t.
