Unless you're some idiot that treats Genshin like it's some ACTUAL MMO like Lost Ark, Idk man you really have no reason to care about the fact that "Hu Tao runs out of stamina while doing charged attacks". Ema's just some otaku man, all she wants is some dude character that looks like they'd be in a yaoi doujinshi and she'd be happy legit. Like I got the Hutao C1 and after I just regretted it "This is it? I could do Abyss 12 stars without this anyways", the amount of pulls it took me to get that was the amount of pulls I could've used to pull some actual new character later on, so absolute regret in my part, so for a more casual player, it's even more useless lmao
