I'm not surprised Laplus joined because from what we see she's really close to some of the vspo and NeoPorte girls and she's trying to reach out more lately even on twitter she's super supportive of others
She's great, but it is a lot of pressure, and it can be hard to keep doing it. Chi-chan is an awesome pick in general, and the fact that she's probably comfortable with all team roles helps a lot.

I remember Towa trying to igl Aqua in practice customs and people in chat telling her to shut up and why is she ordering around a solo master. A horrible situation when you are the one with the most custom experience but still lacking in confidence.
Yeah, it doesn't matter what rank you are, everyone listens to the igl, even more so in a custom match. I bet those noisy ones play too much of those mafia game they thought power level is everything.

Nah in StartEnd's case, it's just really Aqua's "fans" kicking up a fuss in every participants' chat whenever Aqua fought them or whenever Aqua failed to get a kill, and not particularly because Towa was bad at IGL . I honestly don't know why a sweet person like her have such toxic "fans"

I watched Laplus playing Valo with Vspo but I didn't expect to see her joining an Apex Vsaikyo. I hope she can learn a lot and maybe make new friends. She was trying to reach out more people outside her hololive bubble, so I'm happy for her!
The fact that this team has the 1st gen Vspo and 1st gen Nijisanji make it extra special for Lap-chan. Not only they can show her the rope on how to get involve in the FPS community, she can also learn so much as a streamer in general from the 2 OGs. She basically has the best connection (cable) to 2 of the biggest Vtuber company now.
This team has a good chance of placing well if Chichan can IGL and Sumire can sub IGL. A good mix of aggressive main Chichan igl and defensive sub IGL of Sumire it's gonna be up to how much Laplus improves

Sumire and Chihiro are both Vsaikyo veterans. it's worth mentioning that Chihiro also won Vsaikyo before, and has teamed up with Sumire in another tournament. so this team is relatively high-spec. Shinomiya Runa joins Vsaikyo for the first time. you might wanna check her out (she has a cute voice). she's Master Rank and she's teamed up with fellow Master Rank Qpi, so her team is also pretty powerful. i think i'd go on forever if i go through every team; ShibuHal sure knows who to pick as team leaders.
