I also feel bad for Tao a bit but at the same time not because he got so angry at Charlie for not telling him about him and nick and let’s not forget that Tao made it near impossible for Charlie to find a good time to tell him due do his attitude toward nick. But at the same time there are some aspects where I do understand taos feelings
Yes, that's what I mean when I said it's a catch 22 situation. I feel bad to him that he feels so insecure, but it's behaviour caused by that insecurity that led to him not being told about it. If I were Charlie, I would've been worried about how he would react aswell :(
I cried when Tao was mad at Charlie at the end there. It's a complicated situation but I can see how Tao would feel neglected by all his friends in a way, especially him already very afraid of being alone.
Yeah that made me tear up hearing how broken he was. I definitely relate to his insecurities and seeing how it kinda came true for him in that moment hurt a lot🥺
I absolutely loved how nonchalant you were about the cat chilling on your shoulders, I assume it’s something that happens a lot but not even addressing it made it somehow hilariously casual haha. Anyhow been really liking your reactions, sad there’s only one more episode left of Heartstopper s1!
IKR! But thank god it interrupted Nick and Charlie’s conversation😖 I swear whenever there was a fight in the field after school me and my friends were the only ones who wouldn’t show up because why would we want to watch people hurting each other??😂
I concur. It feels so good to see Harry get a good belt. I know violence is wrong, but this guys verbal abuse towards Charlie and his friends is wrong too. It really was very satisfying. Lol ✌🏻🙂✌🏻
I think most characters (except like, Ben and Harry) have good intentions, and mostly do good things. In the case of Tao, he's going about it the wrong way, but he just wants to keep his friends safe, but he doesn't have all the information and he can be a bit impulsive. Darcy means well too, but her subtle remarks aren't very subtle. Imogen too, she just has a crush and probably shouldn't have asked Nick out with an audience, but overall she really does mean well.
First let me say I love your reactions, been watching this with you and never commented yet but I really enjoyed all your content so far! I just wanted to say there is something special about the actor who plays Harry, I think he's not the greatest delivering his lines but his facial expression and his body language is so perfect and on point. Like at the start of the episode when Nick goes after Charlie out of the cinema you can see Harry's face and I don't know if I'm reading too much in it but under his anger you can see fear of betrayal, he is so scared he'd lose Nick same as Tao is scared to lose Charlie. And when he sits at Tao's table at the end and is about to bully him there's a subtle side glance to his mates to check if they were watching him... I just hope so much in season 2 or 3 we will see Ben and Harry heal from their toxic behaviour because even if they are horrible at the moment you can see both of them come from a place of pain! Thanks again for your content, love you ♥ PS Your cat is absolutely beautiful! 😀😀
It’s sad but so true about teachers not really intervening with fighting/bullying. I got bullied all the time for being gay in middle and high school and the few teachers I told didn’t cafe one bit or just made it seem like it was my fault.
Yes, bullying went on so often in my school (luckily not to me) but teachers saw it happening and never gave out any proper punishment, it’s awful. I’m so sorry you felt that way☹️
When I was in school you rarely ever saw any teacher intervening, they were all in their staff room, and could not really care what happened outside of the classrooms. That was the horrible honest truth back when I was going to school. Maybe now in 2022 it is different?
I get a bit mad at the beginning with Tao because it's like MYOB! He's just a bit aggressive and doesn't respect Charlie's choices, *however* I get it, he's really protective and ultimately I love Tao, especially the way that William Gao plays him. But when he *cries* omg that broke my heart. He's poor little voice, and how hurt he was. :(
If you watch closely the scene in the cinema where Nick punches Harry, just look at some of the friends behind Harry, you can see one or two who are laughing along with Harry, but there are a few who are not laughing and find what Harry said to be truly appalling. So not all of these friends were horrible to Charlie.
@@TheCornerverse agreed Ben wanted to make Charlie fell less when he knows Charlie didn’t have a lot ofself confidence but he’s getting more confident🔥🥰🙌🙌🥰 Harry , I hope he gets character development because he’s rude and a dick. Ben I hate most for how he treats Charlie 2. Harry same reasons but Ben feels more personal and manipulating with Charlie. Charlie happy with nick hell yess 🥰🥰 last episode them at the beach ahh so cute💕
When Tao hit Harry and gave him a juice to the face I was so happy I said Harry that’s what you get🙏🙌😂. Tao is a great character he one my favorites in the show .

Harry character development I hope in the future . Harry deserved the juice to the face and being annoying mean to Charlie and Tao.

Lol yes he literally does it daily😂😂 thank you so much! Finale is up now, it’s been a soft ride🥰
Honestly that year seven shouting about a fight took me right back to school, why was everyone so excited when people would get into fights?!
IKR! But thank god it interrupted Nick and Charlie’s conversation😖 I swear whenever there was a fight in the field after school me and my friends were the only ones who wouldn’t show up because why would we want to watch people hurting each other??😂
Because it's one of the only interesting stuff in our lives.

Yes! I don’t condone violence at all but it’s so great when the bully gets a clap back, people have to snap at some point✊
I love your reaction but the cat won this video for me 💗💗
He’s always stealing the limelight🙄😁
"It's not, but Harry needs a deck in the face" 🤣🤣🤣

Yes he’s such a frustrating but also lovable character because his insecurities feel so real. His voice break at the end HURT😭
AHHH YES. Seeing this notification was such a reliever. I love your reactions :)
So fast!! Thank you💜
I’m so excited I just can’t hide it
I’m about to lose control and I think I like it 🎶

@@TheCornerverse he's just a goodboi
Nick and Charlie is my dream relationship so cute . 😭💋💋💕
I love the way your eyes match your cat! 😊
Omg I’ve never really known what my eye colour is but you’re right, I think Grey might be it😅
Love watching your reaction, this show is just so beautiful and well done, I wish I had this growing up confused and feeling alone.
Thank you! I’m glad that queer youth today have shows like this to help them navigate through life, society is progressing slowly but surely💜
Yes I’m here after 2 minutes and no I’m not ashamed
We stan, we stan
I watched this with u and I still cried
That cat is so beautiful 😍 🤩
I love but hate this episode bc it kinda hints at charlies developing ed from the comic 🙃
Oh no! I wonder if they’ll delve into that WHEN season 2 comes, I’m going to start the graphic novel today☺️
I hate Ben 😡 leave Charlie alone. I love C + N forever 💋🥰🥰
