I had just moved to Cedarburg that year and had spent plenty of time at Northridge Mall. Things started to take a turn for the worse a few years later.
I used to go to this mall all the time as a kid times change its sad, the time was a wonderful time in Milwaukee, at least for me, but nothing ever stays the same although we want it to, life keeps on going on and changing for worse and for better.
Lax shopifting laws are killing to many huge chains. All our rita aids in town closed last month due to it. Walmarts prices have gone through the roof last couple months, wont surprise me to see that gone too . The same ones stealing are the same ones who will complain when its gone...somehow its racist. watch Common in the 80s to see customers tackling shoplifters, fist fights even with store staff. No arrests nothing. Had to stop doing bodyguarding and "private security" once those laws changed
Grew up a few blocks from there..first job Burger King round the corner.. late 70s, 80s that area...will never forget the good times as a kid and young teen. CHS class of 86! Back then if someone shoplifted they might get bodyslammed or shoppers would handle it. People treated each other SO much better.

Niiiiice!!!! "Help they gonna kill me Scotty"!!
My buddy & I once saw Rollie Fingers at Northridge. Don't think he shops there anymore.
Who remembers capital court? And remember Spartans?
I grew up walking distance from Capitol Court. The place had a nice 30 year run, then eh.

Northridge Mall would still be around if it weren’t for the crime taking over.......

I wish I could have shopped that mall.
I love at 1:22 She says "I just took it back and got the money. I told my grandma it looked good but I hated it"
No regrets from Katrina at all. The absolute f*****g cheek!

WO.oW! The disappointments 🤦🏻♀️
In this day and age, best to buy gift cards for those on your Christmas list. You won’t be able to return any unwanted gifts at this mall in 2022!
HER FACE.
The woman in the thumbnail looks like she's seen some stuff.
Maybe she saw the mall in the future
1:02 I like his voice
I can’t believe this was newsworthy. Everyone knows returns are the biggest day the day/week after Christmas.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Bring back brick and mortar
*foreshadowing*
