@@jdmdennis9763 actually the 2010 Insight does have 8 plugs, I changed mine today. And for easier access to the rear plugs I recommend taking that windshield cowl off and the metal one too. Search other videos on those removals. But yea, all 2010 Insights have 8 plugs.
Also, know that when you reconnect the battery you will probably have to reset the radio. Honda's theft prevention in the radio requires a passcode that can be found accompanying the owner's manual. If the passcode isnt available you'll need to go to a Honda dealer for them to obtain that code for you.
This is much cheaper than if the service had replaced it, but the reason for this is not only the labor fee, but also the fact that all 8 spark plugs are replaced in the service. 🙂
You said it did not have the rear plugs but it does I can see the Coil pack behind the intake manifold . So I gave it a Thumbs down for those who don't know . Only reason I'm here was to see how to remove the intake Would rate it a Fail.

And they are a bit more difficult to9 replace.

I believe you can see the that there's a plug on the back which means that you have 8 total. You Should double check 👍🏼

You forgot to replace the other 4 plugs under the intake manifold

8 ignition coils. I own one.
I thought this "SOHC iVTec" (actually i-DSi) engine has 8 spark plugs, with 4 hidden in the inner side of the engine?

Do not use that type of gap tool on Iridium plugs. Also you only changed half the plugs.

Half job only done. No good mechanic. This engines have total 8 spark plugs. Next time check the repair manual or good look around engine.
He replaced them! I replaced mine at 169k and I believe my car was only running because I had 8 spark plugs.

UGH NO There are 8 spark plugs. The good ones cost twenty five dollars a piece. You need to reset the entire system.
