The code file is not opening
Please don't directly open the code from downloads
Open Arduino IDE (Arduino software) from there go to files and then click on open and browse the downloaded file and click open then it should work

Hi, the sketch to test the lcd (minute 8:57 ish), while attempting to compile gives me an error on the first line of "void setup", it shows "No matching function for call to "LiquidCrystal_I2C:begin()", which is in the line : lcd.begin();
I added (16, 2) to it but it doesn't work either, I have the right hexadecimal number of my module, 0x3F and I am using it.

when I did this my temperature just stayed at 0 while the humidity mostly stayed at 2 is this a problem with my sensor?

i can surely say that this is problem of library you have currently in your arduino library folder. the "no matching call" error mostly arrive because the function you are trying to access is not defined in the library you have right now installled.
Also we have faced the problem when using i2c library for 16x2 LCD. actually there are multiple libraries available with the same name as "LiquidCrystal_I2C.h" or sometime It is older version of library installed, so when people use wrong libraries they get these library.
The simple solution for this problem is tto install correct library and delete existing libraries for i2c 16x2 LCD.

I'm stupid. i'm done at the first step showing hello word. Then I proceed with humidity sensor it was showing the measurement on the serial monitor but still showing hello world on LCD.
For each time you have to compile before uploading the program to your Arduino don't just upload without compiling. If you do so the previous code that has been compiled will be uploaded to your Arduino, thank you

Don't just open the code directly just open the Arduino IDE and from there go to files which is on the top left corner from there click on 'OPEN' and browse for your downloaded files then it should open
