Hey guys! Important note if you have a soprano ukulele that doesn't have a 13th fret! The notes are Bb (13) and A (12) for that part. So you would do the rest of the intro the same, but when it gets to those two notes, you can play 3rd string frets 10 (Bb) & 9 (A). Or you could play the first string fret 1 (Bb) and then play the open A string. Another option is to just continue doing the 5, 3 instead of going to the 13th fret (or the equivalent of the notes that I explained above)

Not only are you a good teacher and seem overall really sweet but you also make me feel more comfortable with using just downstrokes as a beginner which the other tutorials I watched didn't. And you're so pretty too and such a great singer and idk I'm kinda crying rn cause you're so amazing ;_; (Don't mind me it's 4 am in my country and I'm emotional)
if anyone is having trouble, then just practice the strumming pattern at 5:14 seconds and just keep doing that until you have it, that what i did and now i have the strumming pattern down and Elise you are right, it is so much fun once you get the hang of it!!!

I don't know if I'm alone with this problem but I'm a total beginner and it never sounds right. I can do it slowly but speeding up and connecting everything with the right rhythm...I can't do it.
