I was so happy to see another Flosstube posted from you! Home with You is a beautiful design and I’m thinking I’ll stitch it for a family member who is getting married and moving into her first home next spring! I stitched Together for my niece for her wedding last year. I love these types of designs rather than a traditional wedding sampler. Thanks for giving us your time and doing such a great job of presenting your upcoming releases!

In my early days of designing, I exclusively used linen or evenweave, however the highest count I could comfortably stitch on was 32. I always admired designs stitched on smaller counts, so I began using 18ct aida. I also find stitching on aida to be more enjoyable and relaxing as I'm not struggling to see where the needle needs to go next. Thanks for watching!
Hi, Diane love your work. I actually stitched Dandy Dreams as a memorial to my brother , it was one of the first pieces I stitched. When he passed away a very large, perfectly shaped, dandelion clock , (as we call them here in England ) landed on a cabinet next to me even though it was December and not the season for them. I love it. Your latest releases are stunning.
Another fun Flosstube and what a fun release you've got coming up. I have both an Autumn birthday and wedding anniversary, so Autumn's Wardrobe is going on my list. My husband (an avid fisherman) and I are celebrating our 30th anniversary in October, so I'm going to have to do Greatest Catch for sure! Some fun stitching ahead!

I really like you sharing what you find at market. I just recently heard of Atomic Ranch and was glad to see a beautiful array of colors you have. The time/duration of the floss tube is perfect, too.

Stitch New England is my LNS! It’s about 2 hour drive from where I live on the outer Cape, but I always make it worthwhile by having multiple charts in hand to pick out fabric. I love Atomic Ranch Fabrics. One of my favorite colors is Amber Waves, which is not neutral by any stretch of imagination, but works so well with my aesthetic (purple, lots of purple). The Daydream piece is in my pre-order cart at Stitch New England. I will probably change the hair color to reflect my hair color, silvery grey.

Thanks for your questions! I actually stitch on 18count aida and use 1 strand of floss, while my model stitchers use two strands. My preferred needle is a size 28.

I stitched Dandy Dreams when it first came out and a second time for a gift. I used beads for the seed "fluff." One of my favorite designs.❤
