- Custom Built Virginia State Police, New Jersey State Police, New York State Police and New Mexico State Police Welly 1/24-27 Scale Dodge Chargers.
Models were painted decaled and LED lights were installed. These are part of a 50 State Police collection I am working on for my display.
I am hoping to finish two more white vehicles soon. Missouri State Highway Patrol and Louisiana State Police.

The push bumpers are designed and 3D printed by Instagram @portlandcarlover (purchase the 1/27 scale version not the 1/24)
The decals were purchased from ebay user policedecalsanddeals (make sure to purchase 1/27 scale. 1/24 scale won’t fit the Welly Chargers well)
Cardinalpolicediecast.com does great decals also. They have 1/27 scale decals as well. They are willing to resize them to fit your model for an extra charge if needed.
I purchased a few from Facebook Bilbozo Decals. He is from Canada and his work only on white cars. However his decals are 1/24 scale and most won’t look right on the Welly 1/27 scale Charger.
I also purchased from jnsdecals.com
I purchased some other accessories from policecarmodels.com he has a lot of great stuff on his website.
I use spray paint from cans but avoid using Rustolium.

These look great, I have been trying to do Delaware but I don't know what color to use have you done one?
I have done Delaware. I’m planning on doing Florida and after that two Delaware Tahoes. For their navy blue I use Tamiya TS-51 Racing Blue and I spray it over black.
The TS-51 Racing Blue will look like the New York State in this video after it is clear coated. The heavier you spray the blue the brighter it gets. For a darker shade I do one or two light coats.
