Why don't use the STER 45 SKYFURY that increases vertical and horizontal recoil control about 18% on both, doesn't penalize your bullet velocity and only hurts your ads by 11% which You can compensate with dr-6 handstop or rear grip
The MW2 weapons where all build with 100 hp in mind. After the 150 hp buff the TTK went over 1 second. The new MW3 weapons all have a better TTK with 600-800 ms
1) Casus Brake is reduces the firing aim stability a lot more so that one is better for the visual recoil at not BV penalty. Also it is also better with the horizontal recoil which is much harder to control than vertical 2) I actually prefer the LR4 flash hider because it has no muzzle flash which removes all the visual clutter and smoke while shooting
