    I’ve driven past this on the way to visit my sister in north Capitol Hill for about a year and finally got to ride it this weekend. What an amazing park, such creative lines and excellent construction. There’s something there for everyone. It desperately needs some maintenance though, and I hope it can see its former glory again. Nice work to everyone involved!

      It’s had its ups and downs. I no longer live in Seattle, watch on Facebook and see that every now and then some people give it the love it needs.

    This looks like a great place to ride, and it's awesome to see a community come together like this to build such a great trail. Richmond Virginia recently built a skills park under a highway bridge, I wonder if this is where they got the idea from.

      EBarcley84 yeah, it really sucks though because the place has pretty much been abandoned, the homeless are coming back there and the dirt is super sandy and dry, Go once and youll have fun, but youll get bored fast.

    Hey Mark, do you remember what type of soil you got for the pump track we built, and were you got it?

    • @MarkBrent
      @MarkBrent  4 года назад

      Don't really remember the mix. It was from a place in Snohomish I think. It was the mix they use in concrete, maybe? I know I squished it together and the mix held tight because it had similar elements to what is used in a cement mix. I hope that helps.

      The park is ridable even with the current residents. As for the needles they get policed on a regular basis. RIDE!
