My toxic trait is I think I can do this
You can babe ❤ you just have to be patient and consistent from start to finish
Lmao me calling my mom rn to let me do it to her hair first 😂🫣
Same. I butchered a quick weave once because RUclips said it was easy lol
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 this made me laugh so hard! But fr though😂😂😂😂
😭😭😭 u can do anything u put ur mind to !!
Your natural hair looks silky smooth! The bundles blend really well
Thank you boo!! 🥺💕💕
I’m so over frontal and wigs. 🥺 I am.. it’s nice every once and a while. But I want to go back to braids and wearing our hair! Even if we want to add in clip ins or extensions 💕
Seriously I can’t do this frontal’s glue gel (somewhat) but it’s the irritation on my forehead
This was definitely a sign for me to finally get tape ins 😍 they look amazing !!! So gorg
Thank you so much!! 💕💕
I’ve been going back and forth trying to decide between tape ins or clip ins this turned out so beautiful!!!!
Thank you so so much!! 💕💕
I use clip ins now, but if these last 4 months I’m going for it, I have to get up for work at 5am I have no energy to do my hair and I’m always looking for a solution. I’m gonna try it.
This vid is right on time! I have very fine hair and I notice that clip ins rip my hair out, but I've been thinking of doing tape ins on myself instead.
I’m so happy you found this video helpful!! Listen, I love me some clip ins but YES they’re not always fine hair friendly 😭😩 Definitely give these a try - lightweight and you can barely feel em! 💃🏾💕
If clipins are giving you trouble, do not get tape ins
@@SweetUareDesi why not?
@@Jakia clip ins are the least damaging option for temporary extensions. Tape ins are adhered to the root as you observed. It’s semi permanent. You must use a separate technique to remove them. If clipins are ripping your hair out- tape ins may be worst.
I have tried tape ins and micro links. I wear clips weekly.
@@SweetUareDesi but if I’m gonna be constantly putting the clip ins in everyday wouldn’t it make more sense to have a more permanent option? Because my hair is fine, the clips constantly snapping on my hair is what’s ripping it out
I found this video the day my new tape ins came. I have shorter thin hair and don’t really need 2 full packs but I lose some over time so it’s nice to have the extra pieces. I just started doing it to my own hair in April and everything you said in the video is 💯 how it goes 👌👌👌 it’s def a learning process and every time you install you/they get a little better every time and they will be staying in longer once you get it figured out. Literally the hardest part is getting your sandwich’s lined up perfectly 😅
The OG hair extension girl 😭😍 I remember watching your clip in videos yearrrrrrssss ago, now I’m watching the tape ins 😭 love you girl. Just re-subbed
After watching this amazing video , I’m definitely influenced to get tape in extensions 😍😍😍 like the blend legit looks like your hair
You make it look so easy ❤️
It was definitely a bit tricky starting out, but I was starting to get the hang of it toward the middle/end. Thank you so much for watching!! 🤗💕
Beautiful tape-in installation. I may try out tape in for the first time. I know it’s not as easy as it looks but I will give it a try. I have never heard of the In Common Magic Mist. I ordered a bottle through your Amazon link and I hopes it works well for my fine hair as well. Thanks for all of the hair tips as it was extremely helpful!
You are always so beautiful Lynsey so happy I found you and continue supporting you like a cheerleader 💙
You’re the BEST!! Love you so much!! 💕
The results were beautiful😍✨!!
I love tape-ins! So as a professional we don’t conditioner or apply product prior to application because any oil in between the tapes will cause the tapes to fall out a lot faster. You should be able to wear the tape ins for 4 months before they need to be removed and moved up. If the tape in is comprised you may be lucky to get a month of that out of wear! So just make sure you take the proper prep steps to application!
Thank you very much for the info🙏🏼🙏🏼 in between those four months am I allowed to wash my hair with the tape ins ? Cauz I am scared the glue might come off and the tape ins won't therefore stay longer
@@nicaisenguemo8632 yes you can wash like you would your normal hair
So does tape leave glue on your hair?
How would you suggest touching up the new growth with tape ins? Please
4 months I’m sold? I can do this myself
About to give it a try my hair is black and I got black and burgundy extensions 22 and 24 inch I'm so hype rn
Ok but she’s literally gorgeous
Love it, you are so pretty. I will be trying them for the first time tonight i hope it comes out like yours

Thats it 😩 You made me want to try these❤️ how long did delivery take?
Hair processing and shipping will take about 2 weeks.
They’re my new faaaave 😭🙌🏾🙌🏾 And yes as CurlsQueen mentioned below, it took about 2-2.5 weeks for me to receive mine!
Looks amazing. Love your content. 😍 New subbie 👋🏾
I really enjoyed your wig video
Hun where can I get a flat iron please website 😄
Doing mine now. I have long nails and they aren't interfering at all for me.
Great video! Thanks for sharing 🤗
Thank you so much for watching! 💕💕
I discovered your channel this evening and have been bingeing for about an hour now 😂 suffice to say, I enjoy your content. Random question, where is your bracelet from in this video? It's so pretty!
Love the video and you are gorgeous! I am soo nervous about trying tape-ins and looking forward to try it. I know my first row will be an eek. What brand of the flat iron did you use? I think you did a great job. Needed this motivation.
The hard part is the remove...could you please make a vidéo about that ? Thanks a lot ❤️
straightener brand?🙏🏼☺️
You will always bring something surprise to us.
🤗🥰♥️♥️ LOVE THIS HAIR!!!
I’d like to see a video on how you wash your hair 😇
how grateful i am that god has blessed me with beautiful thick curly hair, never need extensions or wigs ❤
Do you straighten your hair every day then ???
How many tapes have you used for a full head?
My beautiful girl ☺ always love your contents!
Awww love you thank you so much!! 💕
@@thesupermuse love you too boo!
this was beautifully filmed! ordered hair and can't wait to either install myself (thanks to your tutorial and also being a fellow impatient lol) or professionally! also a new subbie😊! quick question, how did you keep your hair moisturized while you had them in? up keep? thank you!
Hey girl, 👋🏽 did you do them?
@@Dime.Society I did! Have had em in since a couple days after this comment! I love them so far! I will probably be doing this as my main go to weave from now on I have 3C-4A, high porosity, fine stranded curls and this with other things that I'm slowly relearning, are really a game changer for me. at some point I may also try micro beads because I did accidentally purchase hair for that prior to this but I went with the tape-ins instead.
I say gone ahead and try them it really for me wasn't worse than a sew in, it was actually better!
edit: I forgot to mention I did these myself, but I did go to a hair stylist just for the flat ironing cuz mine was not doing the do😂 the install was easy it will take some practice for perfection. my next time will probably be better. the stylist actually included a few pieces when I went to her that she thought were needed, that I ended up taking out because I didn't like how she placed them and they were very easy to take out!
Thanks for your tutorial. What's the name of the flat iron?
Soo pretty
Thank you so much!! 💕💕
These are so beautiful. I’ve been wanting something in between a sew in and clips in so I searched for micro links and this video popped up. I didn’t know you could do tape ins on yourself and even reuse them. Sorry if I missed this at the end, but did you film yourself taking them down after the 3 weeks? And do you plan to reuse this set?
You just add more tape honey.
Hi luv!! Thank you so much for watching! I plan on filming a removal video next time I get tape ins because it’s been so highly requested! You can totally reuse the hair if you just wash them and apply new tape to the band so they’re sticky again! 🙌🏾💕
What kind of Flat iron is that?
Your natural hair is so beautiful, what is the name of the mist?
Thank you so much!! It’s the In Common Magic Myst, linked in the description box!! 🤗💕
How did you manage frizz during those three weeks? Did your own hair revert at all?
Do you recommend using some heat to the glue line on tape ins as well ?
Where can I get some good tape to put on my extensions?
Never heard of clip ins but this is cute, also what flat iron is that? I've been struggling to find a good flat iron
ughhh I live in Florida and my hair texture is like yours and it gets so silky and pretty but the second I go outside it frizzes up
What do you use to take them out? A friend of mine lost a lot of removing the tape ins.
beautifulllll, what straightener did you use?
Do the end of the hair eventually clump together
Great hair video
Just subscribed and loving it! I was always curious about how this technique was done. I have a question tho: I'm at the age of having summer heat year round, is this something that would be good for me? I'm a sweater😟 and my hair is the one place that gets a lot of it. Secondly, how do you remove the hair? You mentioned oil but a video on how to remove the hair would be very helpful. Other than that, you made the technique workable for the everyday layman. Keep those informative videos coming gurl!
Thank you so much for watching and subscribing!! I definitely want to get an in depth “How To REMOVE Tape In Extensions At Home” video made since it’s been highly requested from this video! I would say if you experience a lot of sweating on your head and want to try tape ins, get a hair texture that mimics your natural hair in it’s natural state. If your natural hair is very curly, I wouldn’t recommend getting straight tape ins, because it’s going to be very difficult, annoying, and damaging trying to straighten the root above the tape in placement everyday. If you purchase natural curl pattern tape ins that mimic your natural hair, it won’t be as noticeable that you’ve sweat by your roots. I hope this helped!! 💕💕
I loveeee this look! did you feel like your tape ins got loser after time because of you didn't use the little tape in smashing tool?
Is your hair natural no relaxer because it blends well!!!?
You are pretty asfffff!!
Great vid! What is the name of your flat iron? Definitely getting the mist now! Thx!!!
Thanks so much!! I believe this is the BELLAMI Triple Shine Professional Digital Flat Iron. I also love the brand GlamPalm! 💕💕
You did a great job. Can you reuse the tape ins after you take them out
sure,you could reuse them .
What about washing your hair and blowing it out with tape ins?
Hi Jessica! I actually didn’t try that when I installed these but definitely will next time I try tape ins! 💕
Do they have this for kinky curly hair
Sure, here is the link www.curlsqueen.com/171-kinky-curly-tape-in-hair-extensions-ti006.html
Hey! Where’d you get your white branches in your background from?
How did these hold up? I am considering doing this myself for my upcoming vacation, but I am nervous about the extensions falling out while I'm out and about, LOL.
So pretty 😍
Thank you so much!! 💕
You did great!
Thank you so much!! ♥️
Omgg they look so good 😍😍you’re gorgeous! What brush were you using? I need that lol
Thank you so much Sasha!! 💕 I think in this video I only used my Denman brush (you can purchase at Sally Beauty or Target) but I also love the Insert Name Here “Never Knotty” brush for all my extensions!! 💕💕
Is it okay to apply the InCommons before applying, since it has avocado oil in it?
Imagine being this pretty
Is there an LA area stylist you recommend to install tape ins?
So do you buy the hair with the tape ins already
new here but flat iron info PLEASE
What stylist were going too? I’m from LA and I need a stylist/salon 😭
What lip gloss or lip color are you wearing???? So pretty
Thank you so much! I believe I mixed the NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream Abu Dhabi & London 💕
Where did you get your bracelet
How many pieces did you use
What flat iron do you use?
I would like to know if these extensions can be used several times or are they disposable (if they are used once and that's it)
yes, it allows you reuse 3-4 times.
Can you tell me where you got you flat iron and blow dryer from? Thanks
I love it...
Hi. Thank you for sharing. What kind of tape do you use for the reusing of these tape ins?
replacement tapes are included in the free tool kit😁
How many tape in did you install?
Thank you for this vidéo !!😭😭 will it be possible to reuse them ?
yes, you could resue them .
Thanks so much for watching!! Yes you totally can after washing them and applying more tape so they’re sticky again 💕💕
Do you reuse them?
Can they be colored? Also, do they have good curly hair tape ins ?
yes , all of our black hair could be colored. what curl pattern are you interested in ?
That company doesn't have a remover how are you gonna remove it?
use c2 spray and they slide out
Did you get heat damage or frizzy hair
