Max Castor is a star. Bowens is the 5 tool player that only gets to say 4 words, but he's very athletically talented. Some of the younger guys: Sammy, Darby, MJF, Jungle Boy, Platinum Max... AEW's future is very bright, for many years to come. I left Top Flite, Gunn Club & The Varsity Blondes off...oh, and obviously Ricky Starks.
They are getting tons of time on Dark/Dark E though. They aren't being left in Catering, they are getting the time/ability to develop plus get over with the audience so when they show up on dynamite they are known. Big thing for a lot of the young talent is they haven't had crowds much if at all so it's good for them to get a few weeks in with crowds before having TV time with Dynamite, or Rampage when it starts up in a month, especially AEW sized crowds of several thousand, for those that did wrestler pre-pandemic it was largely crowds in the hundreds(at best) so they will need to adjust to feed off that crowd(especially Crowds while on TV) Also left off - Bear Country, 5, 10, Anna, Conti, Private Party, Velvet, Jade, Statlander, Abadon - all talent under 30.
I have watched a lot of wrestling over the last 30 years and Darby Allin is without question the fastest wrestler I have ever seen. It is crazy to see a human being moving that quickly. He is also one of the few modern wrestlers that understands the business, and tries to make it believable. Darby even worked a leg injury in this match and made Anjelico attack the leg to set up his finish. I know that was all Darby because I have never seen Anjelico do that with anyone else. Anjelico always just hooks his finish out of nowhere, without using any psychology whatsoever. Darby is going to be great.
Darby's has to be one of the best success storying in wrestling over the last few years. From his first AEW appearance where the crowd was like "WHO?" and he got crickets (I was there) to now when his music hits, the entire venue gets to their feet to welcome him is pretty amazing to see. And people say AEW can't build new stars...
Sting's first appearance on Dark Elevation?? That's a must-see moment I can't wait for. I have a hunch that Alan 5 Angels will push Brian Cage to the limit. Its gonna be sweet

Wily veterans, the strong and handsome, the quick and agile, the crazy personality, the brilliant talkers, the bold and the beautiful... all great athletes. That's AEW in a nutshell represented by the 9 in the ring.

Something happened on the suplex. She was out on her feet after that. I think her head hit Riho's heel at the end of it. She didn't protect herself on the finish at all. She wasn't completely knocked out, but she definitely was not all there. The lights were on, but nobody was home. You'll see what I am talking about if you pay close attention.
The Acclaimed have a great thing going, love the idea of them feuding with the varsity blondes (both teams started in AEW). And hopefully Julia can get some revenge on Bowens for his comments.

Labravas psychology is off the chains.. she sold those kicks beautifully and made it look like she was getting an a** whipping in an actual fight . E ven after the match when Tay got that finisher she displayed elite level psychology staying knocked out. Tay is a beast tho.
Taya was good with her finishing mounted pin. She stopped using it. She now used the Dudley to win. Some call it the fumigator. That's Jade's finishing move too.
Fuego was fantastic to see still around. Kilynn King was the most exciting though. I would like to see her entrance and tag with Big Swole and Red Velvet. I love King's dancing and chemistry with that team!
Darby actually sold the leg through the end of the show. I love this fucking guy. It is so refreshing to see an actual professional on a modern wrestling show.
After watching the latest Botchamania, I notice Yuka botch her move but Riho - Amber Nova finish was indeed the cardinal sin of match finish. Did heard some boos too that the match had to take an extra time just for Riho to pull off diving foot stomp finish. Poor Riho had to smile on the finish even though it was a messed up.
They're gonna have to figure out if Rampage should run on the same night as Dynamite if they want to minimize burning the crowd out. Maybe do a test run of Rampage + RUclips matches on Fridays live.
I've actually noticed the AEW crowds being kinda low energy in general outside of the return of them in Daily's Place and it's been weirding me out. I would be fucking pumped to be there.
I'm pretty interested in what's going on with Jora Johl to be honest. Whatever they have planned for him in the future, I hope it goes well, I can always dig a guy wanting to do right by the next generation in the moral dilemma of sticking with the wrong group for the sake of meeting his goal.
He's such a Babyface already! I want hfo to treat him like shit for about 6 weeks and then breakaway and join a sweet faction like Jurassic express or best friends

I enjoyed the sakazaki Vs king match, it felt like a real struggle, not every move has to be perfect, I really think it helps sometimes when things are a little messy, looks like a proper fight Some great stuff in there too, just a good engaging fight & great to see yuka back!
They have good chemistry together. I completely agree with you about how messiness adds to realism, and these two portrayed a great fight. King needs more experience, and I hope AEW keeps her so she gets it!
I like this move of having the "enhancement" guys teamed up with the established teams for the trios match. I would like to see this happen more often.
Fuego looks good but the poor guy can't catch a break he is cannon fodder for all the bigger names. hopefully AEW will do right by him and give him a nice push for his hard work.
He's going to be the next Kenta Kobashi. He gets pinned 60 times in a row and then starts winning matches, kills cancer with a Tornado DDT, and becomes a legend.
He is an underdog, and peoples cheer for him, even if he jobs - thats because he is not over for his in-ring skills or his mic skills, but his comedic situations and story on Sammy's vlog... he is fine were he is...
The Acclaimed and The Varsity Blondes are the future of the tag team division. They'll both be multiple time AEW Tag Team Champions in the future, I bet.
Watching this today the tag teams are much more in sync with each other, its not all over the place like before..... Kudos to whoever is in charge with helping them.
At least we got 3 good competitive matches for the women in amber vs riho, yuka vs kylinn and hikaru vs julia this time that made the show watchable for me. All the other ones were pointless squashes again. Thumbs up earned.

Fuego was fantastic to see still around. Kilynn King was the most exciting though. I would like to see her entrance and tag with Big Swole and Red Velvet. I love King's dancing and chemistry with that team!

After watching the latest Botchamania, I notice Yuka botch her move but Riho - Amber Nova finish was indeed the cardinal sin of match finish. Did heard some boos too that the match had to take an extra time just for Riho to pull off diving foot stomp finish. Poor Riho had to smile on the finish even though it was a messed up.
I hope we see more of Amber Nova.

The crowd was pretty low energy through a lot of this, but a lot of these matches were really strong. Gotta love the Stinger! Great episode.

I've actually noticed the AEW crowds being kinda low energy in general outside of the return of them in Daily's Place and it's been weirding me out. I would be fucking pumped to be there.

I enjoyed the sakazaki Vs king match, it felt like a real struggle, not every move has to be perfect, I really think it helps sometimes when things are a little messy, looks like a proper fight
Some great stuff in there too, just a good engaging fight & great to see yuka back!
They have good chemistry together. I completely agree with you about how messiness adds to realism, and these two portrayed a great fight. King needs more experience, and I hope AEW keeps her so she gets it!
