That sucks! I recommend reaching out to them and seeing if they will send you another chassis, if it isn't the batteries. My daughter's stopped working, but the cheap batteries in them died pretty quickly.

They will form a line outside where you checked in and swap the emitters for you. Everyone wanted to swap lol.
