This is a great house design for people looking for a luxurious mid size home for their family. Great thing about this design is that stairs are inside the house so people living upstairs feel connected with the one living downstairs and you won't have to lock two entrances to the home as their will only be 1 main entrance. Keeping in mind the ventilation and pooja room. Great design. Looking forward to more designs like this

Krippa kar 30x50 mai ground floor per 2 bed room chahiye aur staircase out side wala plan dale.
I enjoy most of the your designs. It inspires us to be creative as well. I have a request. Could you please design a west facing exterior staircase 3 floors house. Here are the plot sizes: West- 34’ East - 42’ North - 45’ South - 45’ . This is for rental purposes and for the owner to be in it. Much gratitude!!

In you previous video of 30x60 house plane design and swimming pool is really very nice sir .
Overall the house is really beautiful. But as an audience, I would say that there should be an entrance near the porch, the dinning room is not that spacious or I guess it would have been improved.

Superb job @dvstudio. Really appreciated. Better than buildofy videos. They do not show in such a systematic way.
Instead of having a common bathroom on 2nd floor and a 4th bedroom without a bathroom, you should have clubbed the 4th bedroom with a bathroom. That foyer-type space can be reduced as it is not going to be used much, only dust gathering will happen.
What is the direction you considered while making this plan?
