We had 1 of these at work. (Maintenance Department). I asked the boss if we could get another and have 1 for dry and the other for wet use only. That way when we have leaks we can grab it and go!
check out the Project Farm test of 7 cordless vac's. The Dewalt was the worst performer, which sucks, since I am all set up with the Dewalt 20V system and a bunch of their 20v tools. Not sure I will get this one now. Was hoping for better results. Maybe Dewalt will come out with a. better one in the 20 V line.

I can’t stand having to clean out a vacuum when I have an emergency! Plus you end up with a muddy mess! It’s awesome!

The suction doesn’t really suck at all

Does it charge the battery when it’s on mains?
It is not used for charging
My filter isn't clogged but the ball float keeps saying it is and stopping suction.
Is there something clogging the suction?
Hey, did you get like a black foam round filter thing with that, and if so, do you know what its for?
I did not get one with it, usually one would be used for water only or is an additional filter to cover the existing.
