Thank you so much for your advice. 😃
    Knowledge is power. 🙂
I absolutely love all types of kale and collard greens. 😍
I love to make soup and stews with them. 🙂
And kale and Collard greens chips are delicious with some sea salt yum yum I make them in my stove in the middle rack on low temperature.🤔
Store them in a airtight glass jar they last really long. 😍
You can also use the dry kale and the dry collard greens to your soups and your stir fries they are great to save for emergency purposes as well.
If the power goes out and the refrigerator is not running it will not spoil because it is dry
Drying and dehydrating your vegetables and your fruits are a great way in storing them for long-term. 😍
I have no problem in growing kale I just throw the seeds in and God does the rest. 😅
The kale seems to grow for at least two to three years depending. 😍
It also seeds in the fall and I just drop the seeds around the area of the old kale plant and then in the spring I divided around my garden so I grow quite a bit of it. 😍
I feed it to my family.
I feed it to my rabbits.
I feed it to my canaries.
I feed it to my dogs.
I dehydrate and freeze a lot of it. 🤔
I even dehydrated in the sun in a stainless steel bowl. 🙂
I make a lot of Portuguese Kale soup with it. 😍
Even in the winter with a lot of snow I still have plenty of kale outside that I can use. 🤔
Kale and collard greens grow very well and last a very long time before you have to replant it. 😍
Yes this is a super vegetable in many ways. 😍
For its vitamins and its minerals but also because it is a hearty plant that lasts a long time and regrows itself. 😍
Soup always fills my family's tummy up. 😃
    You need water.
    Some salt.
Some diced kale or collard greens or both.
    Some diced potatoes
    Some dice carrots.
    Some diced garlic.
    Some diced cabbage.
    Some diced Portuguese sausage.
I usually pressure cook it and after it is fully cooked I toss a handful of noodles in and shut the pressure cooker tight the heat will cook the noodles. 😍
    Yummy yummy so good.
Not only good in winter but also in the summertime.
God bless America and every person in the world and the innocent animals.
