I like both intros tbh. I think the 4kids song was better because of the music escalation and the message inside the lyrics is very very subtle under all the advertising there is a theme about friendship and courage that fits Pokémon really well as isn’t that what Pokémon is all about?
I was literally starting to cry when i started hearing this. it's my childhood theme in great 8-bit glory. I only wish they could've used this in the original games

The worst thing about USA adaptations is that, if the things are not from the shity yankkee culture, you change it. Rock doesnt make things cool, and that was one of the numerous fails of the USA dub.
