- Hopefully this will be the last update for this, I don't wanna keep reusing content. It is probably the biggest update I've ever done though-a lot of it was basically rewritten.
Also, turn on subtitles ;)

MuseScore and Piano From Above for making this possible.
Transcribe! for helping me with some of the trickier chords I didn't have reference scores/MIDIs for.
John Williams for everything.
The original movie soundtrack and the visuals from the movie are properties of Lucasfilm. Видеоклипы
I love how the piano tiles show the color the lightsabers and Anakin's is basically red at that point
nice, someone noticed the lightsaber colors
That is because he is already Darth Vader.
when yoda landed in the speeder, was that a minecraft villager hit noise lmaooooo????
yep you caught me
if you listen to the original it kinda actually sounds like it
😮
I never realized just how much of a role music plays in movies. Great job to both you and John Williams.
Fun fact, you can only play this ONCE on a piano as it will literally catch fire from playing this legendary song
Great editing, this is a really nice piece. John Williams did so well with Star Wars.
I have never seen anything like this before. very well done
This is the best piano tutorial of this theme that I have seen and I just love the accompanying visuals. The movie and the music, thank you so much.
This video deserves more likes and views
Wonderful work. As a fan of this movie and this movie's soundtrack I applaud you
woah underrated video... awww man now i gotta rewatch it to see what you put in the subtitles ;)
Just watching this makes it feel like watching a 20s silent film. 🎥🎹🎶
I agree, the immolation scene is an underrated part of the soundtrack. What a haunting ending
I totally agree. IIRC, on the CD soundtrack, the music then fades into the song played at Padmé's funeral. Really wonderful.
This is pretty good! I was surprised to see it only had 2.5k views
Fun fact the reason obi wan and anakins mouth open with no sound right after Anakin gets chopped in half is because he originally was going to plead for help from obi wan, and obi wan would deny him, but George muted it
The Final Fantasy final boss music of Star Wars
Motifs all over the place
Amazing. Just, amazing.
“I will learn how to play this on keyboard.”
“You will try”
My cochlea is hard and it’s not even noon.
FUCKING AMAZING JOB!
legendary comment right here
@@limitsofthepiano Legendary Pianist here 🫡
@@Sithlord04lmao I wish I could play what I write
Love the soundtrack itself.
And did you put a villager from Minecraft getting hurt in the Yoda part going to exile? Lol
lmao yep, it sounded kinda like that in the movie so I was like “why not”
8:48 What- a villager sound? XD
Amazing music
This should have more views that 18K.
the subtitles actually broke me
3:47 Of course you wouldn't be able to hear those sounds, you're like 100 meters away from them
Amazing! Duel of the fates next..?
Good idea, I might do that someday
@@limitsofthepiano I look forward to it.
Sounds like a comedic battle where something silly happen.
Bro COOKED
I can't this to save my life😂😂😂
now that musescore got updates u can use musescore 4…
I have tried musescore 4, and my main problem with it is that the offset note velocities work differently, meaning it’s harder to do the same kind of dynamics microadjustments I do in all my arrangements for realistic playback. I also prefer not to use their automatic realistic playback feature, because I prefer to be able to adjust things exactly the way I want them to be.
Thanks for the suggestion though; musescore 4 is great otherwise, just not for my specific purposes.
I think bail organa had a villager in his speeder
You’ve got to tell us how you made this video?
Check out the description for a huge list of videos I referenced like scores and whatnot to make this-besides that, it was just about two hundred hours of figuring out which soundtracks went into the full fight scene (originally I was only gonna do Battle of the Heroes), tweaking things in MuseScore to sound good and be theoretically playable, syncing the music to the movie, and editing the video.
@ZakkarytheAnimatorOfficial thanks! unfortunately I don’t think I’ll make one for orchestra since I have 0 experience at all and I personally find that reducing a score down to piano is much more interesting and creative than recreating the orchestra. Plus I don’t usually get access to full orchestral scores so it might be a lot harder to figure out what all the instruments are playing.
So @@limitsofthepiano, you’ve spent 8.33 days figuring out which soundtracks went into the full fight scene?
What is Musescore?
@@limitsofthepiano, are you saying I have to watch all 14 videos that you put in the description!?
I guess only the immolation scene can be played lol
