The bowl at 18:48 reads: Gruyere, Creme Fraiche, Croutons...the smaller writing at the top of the bowl is "supplément gourmand" which in French means "gourmet supplement" or "greedy supplement". I guess they were being cheeky.
The one thing I love about ppl making videos is this teaches many people and these greedy news organizations or channels cant make millions just to show us things we do not choose to see. Keep going , show us everything. Keep the greedy ppl down.

I bought the trays and fixed them all up , they are on my doors as greeters , decoration for my door on the cheap .
