I remember in the game when Jack is talking to Ethan after the ship and how he never meant to hurt anyone. Kinda sad, I wonder if they were all forced to watch themselves kill and attack people or if their cognitive conciousness is gone after the mold hits them.
Yeah honestly when I saw the scene with jack and Zoe. When jack told Ethan to stop Evie my heart just sank. I felt relived killing the family but after that scene I told my self " what have I done, I just killed an innocent family" Also seeing the banned daughter footage made me feel horrible. They help Evie but then she just control them. There was a part where Margaret gave Zoe the car key and try to fight Evie which prove they were a loving family. I never cared about people in horror video games but damn did the creators did a nice job.

Daughters scenario is the best. Fact that Bakers were normal people before they were turned into Leatherface family on steroids make this whole thing even more tragic.

PS What happened to the Baker family after u destroy Evie? That vision u had with Jack and Zoe when Mia rescued u, what was that, Jack says "free my family", free as in save or free as in kill us? So many questions. Any video of all explained would be appreciated:)
They're a great series to get into, though I will admit trying to play the older games in the series (Re1-3, Code veronica, etc.) Can be a bit dated for newcomers to the series (graphics, voice acting, tank controls, save ribbons, etc.) I would recommend playing the Re1 remaster, then the new re2 remake, if you can stomach the old stuff that us longtime fans enjoy, play 3. THEN if you enjoyed that, go back through re1 and re2 original versions. If you cant, that's fine, the remakes still stay true to the plot so at least youd understand what's going on. Next try Re0, which I think is only on gamecube, but they might have ported in on new gen consoles, not sure. Good game but nothing I can remember from it. Also has a cool buddy system that the later games flash out. Re4 is a lot of peoples favorite, and it's a lot more fluid in many aspects. It also brings back Leon. Re4 is something that is much easier to play than its predecessors, and you'll understand everything in that game aside from Jack Krauser (not like most fans do anyway, his plot development started in a resident evil movie) re5 has similar controls and fluidity to re4 with some core mechanic changes. Re5 is less "scary" and just more disgusting. It still has the tension, but much less survival horror that the series is known for. Re6, couldnt tell ya much about that one. All I know is from the few times I have played it I didnt really enjoy it that much. Many fans hated that game. Much more action oriented and barely a survival horror at all. Theres the revelations series too, but I only played the first half of the first one. Same reason I wasnt a huge fan of re6, but it does try a little harder to be creepy. This resident evil (7), while brings back many old gameplay elements, especially on certain difficulties, is a bit different from all other entries, and not just because its first person. If you like this a lot but it's the only one you like in the series, dont invest your time in anything besides re4. Re4 and re7 have a lot of similarities with the whole "crazy cannibal" vibe. The difference is eventually re4 turns you into a God with weapons and suplexing dudes heads off, but that pace doesnt pick up until almost halfway in the game. On top of that, it's over the shoulder and not a fixed camera like the games before it were. Personally I love most of the resident evil games regardless of how they presented the gameplay. This is a new gameplay style from them and I think it's right there with my top 3 resident evil games.

The most powerful handgun in the game. A glorified M9 aka in all other resident evil games the samurai edge. Not complaining, I just find it kinda funny

Same I beat it once when it first came out and I just platinum the main game and now doing dlc. I never played the dlc and I didn’t realize there was so much. I’m having a lot more fun than I thought. All in all I’d have to say this has been one of the most rewarding re games for me personally. And it actually does have pretty good replay value if you’re patient with it.
