A God with human-like qualities is more accessible in terms of prayer, worship, and connection. In the Abrahamic traditions, this helps bridge the gap between the infinite, transcendent nature of God and finite human understanding.

God can't be prayed to or petitioned..these are all man made concepts...god is nature, acts like a force..we can no more talk to god than an earthworm could talk to us..thats the feeling i get,
If you think God is man made you have not read scripture..... And if anyone is personifying God , they too have not read scripture Because I don't know what human, let alone diety, is holy and perfect, Yet still came down and died one of the most cruel deaths for his own creation so that they Could live Even while they were still sinners...... That Is exactly Not man made...... No human would actually Think to do that For other People other than our Own creator!!!!!! Explain all of prophecy and how they got it right thousands of years before these things were ever invented.That's not possible except from a being outside of time..... Furthermore, There is so much ignorance being Displayed in this video. I'm not saying.
That to be mean i'm saying that to point out the fact that people have not done their homework...... Read Scripture with eyes to see what real truth is Not with Skewed eyes that only want to see their own Truth....... sooooo much ignorance!!!!!
God is an abstract concept produced by the imagination of people who require spiritual comfort. No two theists appear to see God in the same way, along with endless various interpretations of the Bible. To atheists, God of course doesn't exist. The idea that that something that only comes from a believers imagination somehow created the entire universe, is considered ridiculous.
@@philharris5848 I agree… but I think there’s something greater than us out there. Not some omnipotent being, but something beyond what our consciousness can grasp.
I totally agree with you, there is indeed something much greater than us out there. It's called the Universe. Also I bet that it has more incredible mysteries and magical wonders than anything in the Bible, the Qur'an, or any other holy book.
