I could literally watch you deep dive on beautiful homes all day
You made my day! ❤️
I love your deep dive. When you unpack, not just the value, but the varies designers and creators, I feel like I am learning so much and being exposed to beautiful artist. I love this content!
Thank you Coco!!! I am tickled pink that you enjoyed this deep dive! More to come ❤
I am a design geek, and I LOVE this format. Thank you for dissecting the rooms, Nina. I hope you do more like this. I also love the 1970s. 💕
Yes, I really appreciate your deep dive. These deep dive reviews are the best. More please.
Yes, please! I'd love to see more educational videos like this!
Beautiful house - enjoyed your deep dive. Have a lovely week.❤❤
Loved the deep dive and learning a bit more about the price tags. Please do more!
I would love to see more deep dives from you. You possess so much knowledge and I appreciate your willingness to share it! I would love to see a deep dive into your beautiful home. ❤
You got it Yakira! I have a very special Home Tour coming up in November - more info soon! ❤
I love the house, its so warm🧡 i knew it was expensive, but amazed at how expensive . I love the kitchen and music room, the couch is so cute.
Always love watching you talk design! More than her home the piece I loved the most was the leather bench you were sitting on 🥰hope you can share where you got it!! Thanks!!
The bench I’m sitting on is the Barcelona bench by Mies van der Rohe
Yes yes yes! More dives!
Great info love it ❤
Yes to deep dives! 👍🏻👍🏻
Love love this video. Thx.
love this style of video
Love your necklace ❤️ thank you for the video 💐
I love your home, and your dog is adorable ❤️ Kathleen
Thank you Kathleen
Lightning. Can shape a rooms atmosphere. Nina you continue to elevate the design options for architectural excellence.
Carletta you are too kind and I really appreciate your input.
I can appreciate all types of Art and Interior Design, but this is not one of them. I hate to be negative, but regardless of price, just not something I like. I do like the deep dives, and you are very good at explaining everything. Love the dress!!!
I love the architecture of the house and the use of colors, but I feel like from the investment point of view I would personally sometimes rather use less expensive materials (like polished concrete and glazed tiles) and save the money for another property instead. I get the stone on counter tops, but the onyx everywhere is just too much of a good thing for me personaly (things can get looking oligarch style quite easily)
yes please
- N I N A - !!!!!!!!!!! More Please !!!!!!!!!!!
I really enjoyed you dissecting AD. Please do again.
Thanks Jennifer! More AD content to come soon!
Nina, i need a 4x 6 ruggable from your collection for my tiny living room 💗
Yay!! You will love it
Thanks for the deep dive and the tips. Much too rich for my blood lol love the dress!!
Thank you dear Edna! ❤
Oh, and that living room/ entrance, one reason i like it, is that it feels undecorated. Its not a perfect pinterest room. And odd that a person with all her resources said, this is good. Im interested in the oddness of it!?
I love your videos and you should do whatever moves you, when it moves you. The magic comes from you and your gifts and to try to please others shifts you away from that.
Encourage feedback, but listen your inner resources because they work!!
💕💕
I feel like the foyer needs sconces or something on either side of the table. It feels like the scale is too small.
I would just add a tall plant to the entryway. Something in an interesting pot similar to the one in the main bedroom. Other than that I quite like it.
I think the entrance wall needs texture or color to compensate for the glass console. Or maybe the console need some pastel color blocks to tie into the beautiful art. I think just three color blocks would make it more cohesive and interesting.
I wanted some kind of texture on the entrance wall.
For me, the entryway seems bland because of the walls. The table looks lost in front of it. The walls should be a different color or texture, something. Yes, please do the deep dives. Great episode.
Thank you JoAnne! I agree 100%!
The Red elevator trent color of the year
7:24 whow can I see that 👀😬
The entrance needs an object or objects with some height. Possibly some tall plants or cactus or art piece.
I'd love more dissecting. That's my jam.
I certainly will Linda thank you for watching and for your kind comment
I really enjoyed this. Not because I would want to live there. Personally, I’ll stick with Ethan Allen. 😂
Love it! Thank you David!
Love the deep Dive --sorry I love design that shows different personality but for me this home is not my favourite. Just saying!!!! Nina your home is classic and you you look Fab!
I don t like it why so expensive for chaîne !! Does not go whit Any kind of houses thoses colors are like italians that they have in years !love the living Room and the bathrooml love your Rugssss 💕
Sorry Nina, not my style. Hope you do well with this style .
Totally get it. Thank you for watching Dee 💋
Frankly I don’t get the Emma Chamberlain hysteria, her channel just isn’t that entertaining.

Ur just talking about money though.
