I bought my Trailer at a Ft Myers Show that Matt was at. He gave us a bottle of liquified. One stipulation I put on the sale was I get a bobble head ! It now sits on my desk! :-). Matt is a great guy

I would say run as far and as fast as you can from Camping World. We bought our first travel trailer from them because we didn’t know any better. Had issues after the sale and it was a nightmare! We bought our current fifth wheel from a local family owned dealer and it has been a great experience. From shopping to the sale to the service after the sale.
Agree totally with the aspect of wanting to check out RVs without salespeople hovering around. I know they want/need to sell units, but it’s frustrating to have them interjecting their limited knowledge, and sometimes giving wrong answers, on details they are clueless about.
Love your channel!! Last fall we purchased our 7th camper. We have been camping for 30 years. Started in a tent, then pop up, travel trailer, bumper pull toy hauler, 5th wheel toy hauler, 5th wheel, another bumper pull toy hauler and now our class c. We bought the class c from Camping World in Akron, OH and they were great. We drove 7 hours to trade. Well worth the drive. I had to laugh and the Seinfeld shower episode as we just upgraded our shower head and my husband and I thought the very same thing...hilarious.

The swinging chair...doesn't do a thing for me, but my 13 year old son with A.D.D. LOVES that thing. My wife digs the big square-ish poofy chairs that you can curl up in a ball in like a cat. I'm just an old school recliner lawn chair guy.
My favorite episode of Seinfeld was that one. Camping would actually had some good items. You should have gotten the scrub brush by Blackstone for cleaning the grill .. Love mine!

I bought a Cougar 5th wheel from CW back around 08. Kept it until I retired 5 years ago like 2019. CW wasn’t that bad back then but bad stories out there these days.Sold it and bought what I think is the best camper I ever owned. It’s an 08 Tiffin Phaeton. Yes it’s used but boy it’s the best thing to travel in. We have made several 2 month trips and wife can fix a lunch while traveling plus bathroom breaks are a breeze. It does require some repairs on occasions tho but being a retired diesel mechanic makes repairs a lot easier. Still shop at CW when we get near one but that’s far and few in between. Like ya’lls videos, seems like several I was subscribed to are slowly but surely quitting the full time.
I love your channel!! I wish you were weekend camping when we take our trailer out for the first time so we can ask experts questions. I am sure we will mess something up. I also want my hubby to learn to park the trailer straight. In your one video you talk about backing in on the wrong side and I am still trying to figure that out. But, love your channel and do a meet and greet at the Louisville show too please.

Hey Guys, Love watching your channel because it seems real and not made up. Some are so fake with all their perfect and always happy camping adventures that it is impossible to believe them. The new Camping World in Kodak off of exit 407 on I40 is small and like yours will not you look at campers with out a salesman to hassle you with selling crap. Most of the time ,we know more about their campers then they do. We had planned to go to Hershey, but my wife can not get off from work.
My advice on Camping World is not to buy anything from them that you might want to come back for. Sure, buy a water hose or a camping chair, but don't buy a camper. We bought our 2019 Winnebago Minnie Winnie from Camping World in Manassas Virginia new. We love it, but not them. They started their shenanigans at delivery. For example, the porch light did not come on when the switch was flipped. Their answer was: "It is probably just a bulb. You can buy a replacement in the store." Subsequent visits for warranty work were truly a nightmare. I was actually glad when our warranty expired so I did not have to go back. Perhaps other locations are better, but I will not return to the Manassas store.
Oh my goodness, you can not go camping without a poo tank! They are great when you go to state or National parks that don't have sewer hookups. This way you don't have to move your camper when when you need to empty it. My oldest son found out how much work it is to empty it so now when we take the big family trip every year he makes the kids use the bathroom at the campsite. lol
We love going to Rallies so hope you get to make it to one! I wonder if they put the used RV inside so they have a better chance to sell 🤔. Looking forward to meeting up at Hershey! - Mike and Shelley
Agree on the too hot to camp! We are in Southeast AL and our last trip was end of May first week of June in the Gulf Coast of Florida. It was a great time but the thought of getting out in this heat 👎🏽 planning all of our fall and winter trips will have to keep me going 🤣

It’s simple never buy anything from camping world. We just purchased a new RV. We found a small family owned business to purchase from. It was the most pleasant purchase ever. But, the family owned dealerships are getting harder to find.
Great show! Made my own pot separators, couldn’t find any for my pot sizes, turned out to be 1/10th the cost of the readymade ones & super easy & fast. Used the same grip shelf liner I used in the camper. Just a pair of scissors & a pen. Plus I was able to use the left over materials I had, cut them to fit my size pots & for the little bit of glass I use too. No template needed, if you want I can let you know how.
Wee bought our 2022 Cougar 290 rls from Camping World - Charleston SC… thy tried to hose me with a number salad on our trade - in and i picked up on it,,. After the third try at the numbers we were able to come to a buy that we could live with … I would not buy from them again, i prefer a little integrity when negotiating.. love ya’lls channel..
I am torn regarding camping world. Both of us being UK alumni we like supporting camping world as it is headquartered in Bowling Green KY. Just not a fan of some of their sales tactics. That store you were in is not typical as most don't have campers inside the store. The idea of Real and Simple tshirts just might work. Have a blessed Sunday.

We know people will hate us, but we have had great experiences with CW. We searched for a camper for 5 years and happened upon a small dealer that was bought by CW and scooped up a deal on a model they didn't traditionally carry. Good video. A lot of folks walk out of CW empty handed. What part of KY y'all in??

Never buy a camper from camping world. We were interested in campers in 2 different locations. One added a $3500 dollar “Let’s Go Camping Package” They told us it’s part of there PDI batteries cleaning walkthrough” I told both to stick it up there …. Batteries cleaning and walkthrough is part of your job. And there should never be an extra charge for anything.
We only use a Camping World as a very LAST RESORT!!! CW has a very bad reputation and I/We will never support a business that doesn’t have good customer relations!!!
We carry that little smoker in our class c Mercedes over a flat top and we love it. Just cooking hamburgers they taste better and more juicy. Yes I agree about lippert they by from china to make more profit on junk and sit back and smile. Some channels that are supported by Lippert makes me question their integrity, but I still love those channels great people. Don’t get me wrong Lippert is doing good things for the community, but they still sell China crap to make more profit.
To be honest camping in the East sucks. Probably East of the Mississippi Hot and humid as you say. Try Colorado, Idaho, Utah, Wyoming and Montana. We bought from Camping world.....

Camping world is the worst place to buy anything. They will lie, add fees after paper work is done and don’t stand behind anything they sell. I gave them 3 chances at three different locations. They must train their employees to lie .

I use Camper World to check out equipment and then buy them online. Usually save a lot of money and get a better return/warranty policy.

We carry that little smoker in our class c Mercedes over a flat top and we love it. Just cooking hamburgers they taste better and more juicy. Yes I agree about lippert they by from china to make more profit on junk and sit back and smile. Some channels that are supported by Lippert makes me question their integrity, but I still love those channels great people. Don’t get me wrong Lippert is doing good things for the community, but they still sell China crap to make more profit.

To be honest camping in the East sucks. Probably East of the Mississippi Hot and humid as you say. Try Colorado, Idaho, Utah, Wyoming and Montana. We bought from Camping world.....

Yeah we get that, the humidity is hard to enjoy things in the Summer. We’ve been out West and plan to go again, but as part-timers it’s hard for us to get out there. So we mainly have to stay on this side of the country.
Camping world is the worst place to buy anything. They will lie, add fees after paper work is done and don’t stand behind anything they sell. I gave them 3 chances at three different locations. They must train their employees to lie .
